Brook Taube currently rides for Dave Jordan Racing, competing at the amateur level for the NYC-based team. He’s conquered some of the toughest courses in the world, including Unbound, which is a 200-mile gravel race held annually. Even more impressive, he finished La Ruta de Los Conquistadores. This race, which has long been considered the hardest mountain bike stage race in the world, crosses the entire country of Costa Rica, spanning from the Pacific Ocean to the Atlantic Ocean, over three days.

But this grind isn’t just reserved for his off hours, either.

One place he’s also in motion is at the office. Brook Taube applies this same determination to his business pursuits. Since graduating from Harvard College, the entrepreneur has jump-started several billion-dollar companies and many smaller ones as well. Over his 30-year career, he has provided capital to more than 500 companies across 35 industries in North America. A recently-sponsored venture, Progressive Therapeutics Inc., holds a special place. This collaboration hopes to improve mental wellness worldwide.
